El Vendrell, capital of the Catalan region of the Baix Penedes, is located to the north of Costa Daurada. Its municipal term occupies an extension of 36.43 Km2 and it has a population of about 24.000 inhabitants. The climate is of Mediterranean type with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year, with an average of 17-24 degrees on average in summer and 11 degrees in winter. The municipal term of El Vendrell arrives until the sea. Located to 3,5 km of the city center, are the beaches: COMA-RUGA, SANT SALVADOR AND EL FRANCS.
