With a hundred years of history, this club has some of the most modern and complete nautical installations of the Region of Valencia and a large cruiser fleet is moored at its pontoons. The quality and wide range of services on offer and the deep love of sailing found here make it host to important competitions and have enabled it to be considered in the choice of Valencia as host to the 32nd America's Cup, in 2007. The club has a large social club, children's park, sports centre, Olympic swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and practice walls. What is more, there is also a full range of port services on offer, such as sales and rental of craft, chandler's, etc. The club's sailing school is open throughout the year, offering courses in the different classes, such as light sailing and cruising craft courses.
Only 5 minutes from the friendly city of Valencia this marina offers anything you need. On it's more than 400.000 m2 you can find 1.252 berths, 30.000 m2 winter storage, Car Parking for 1.000 cars, Crane for 50t. etc. If you don't know Valencia yet, you will be suprised. You will find anything from roman ruins to the spectacular City of Arts and Science with the biggest Aquarium of Europe. And of course all the shopping, restaurants, art galleries that you can imagine.
The Royal Sailing Club of Valencia is situated near the new mouth of the river Turia, and can be reached directly from Madrid, Alicante and Barcelona (with connections to the V-30) without having to drive through the city centre.
It is located to the south of the trading port, 5 km from the centre of the city of Valencia and 15 km from the airport in Manises (15 minutes from the V-30).
The Madrid-Valencia motorway makes our marina the nearest to the Spanish capital with the best transport connections.
